At The Sweet Baby Shop, customer satisfaction is our priority. You may return most new, unused, and unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

We will also cover return shipping costs if the return is due to our error (such as receiving an incorrect or defective item).

You should expect to receive your refund within 2–4 weeks after handing over your package to the return shipper. This includes the transit time (5–10 business days), processing time (3–5 business days), and bank processing time (5–10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply log in to your account, go to the "Completed Orders" section under My Account, and click the "Return Item(s)" button. You will be notified via email once your return has been received and processed.
