We will also cover return shipping costs if the return is due to our error (such as receiving an incorrect or defective item).

If you need to return an item, simply log in to your account, go to the "Completed Orders" section under My Account, and click the "Return Item(s)" button. You will be notified via email once your return has been received and processed.
